Holy gugenheim, someone shares the unpleasent feelings I get when encountered the ocean, and fish and especiiiiiiially whales. Humpbackwhales/sperm whales freak me out. Giant squid too, huge sharks, dinasaurousy eels, water moccasins. I fear any massive body of water because of what may lurk beneath the surface. They showed finding nemo at my school once and an enormour whale came out of no where and i literaly fell out of my seat.

I love animals, but if i ever encountered a whale or an octopus i would die. My main fear of the ocean is either drowning or something attacking me. I'm also afraid of dropping things in the ocean, like one time i was on a cruise and i had a balcony(i think they gave us the wrong room Razz

) and i would not go out there.

I think i'm scared of sea creatures because they are slimy and gross. At the same time i don't think i could ever kill one lol.

I live next to manhatten so the water here is disgusting too lol, garbage and seaweed is all we get.

Two years ago we went to tenerife and stayed in this lovely place by the ocean
And I remember an aeroplane flew lowISH over the water and the lights from it reflected on the surface of the water
This was at NIGHT
You can't see the ocean at night, but when this aeroplane flew over and lit it up
It was like pure black ocean

It was the fucking mouth of hell
I pooped!

mmm i like sea creatures. not to eat, but to look at them and enjoy them
i like dolphins mostly. shamu's overrated.
and one time, i played with a seal.
it wanted to bite me but i was all "that would be mean" so it stopped.

I don't find them scary, i'm just saying that if i saw them while swimming i would get freaked out. I dont mind seeing them in an aqarium

I love dolphins,seals,OTTERS, etc..

erm by sealife centre do you mean aquarium?

At the ferry terminal they have two huge fish tanks, but thankfully the fish arent huge ugly things

Yeah but there's like a chain... of aquariums over here dotted around called sealife cetre TM!
and they all have like a water tunnel
like a long tunnel of glass, ALL GLASS
and everyone walks through it
and there's sharks and shit all around you

if you go to bc to the beach in the summer, you're more than likely going to swim with whales. that's the time they migrate north or south, idek.
i've swam with whales.
they were friendly.

no but that wasn't here, it was in ensenada or whatever.
ooo one time, in san diego, i was jet skiing and there was this private beach nearby, and if you looked closely, you could see a shark.

I was in bermuda once and i saw a wierd fishlike creature that was like 5 ft long. It had feet i think lmao

I've seen those tunnels. Fuck that, id never walk through a tank full of sharks, tunnel or no. At the state aquarium in Camden u can swim with sharks for $100, WTF?! I've hugged a panda, but a shark is different!
